Daniela’s
prime responsibilities include production management, project
coordination and day-to-day operations support of interdisciplinary
teams.
She has also other responsibilities, among these are, to preliminary
research and design concepts integrating Music cognition, Art,
Neuroscience, Technology, eduentertainment and Learning, bringing
forth innovative solutions within the specific sectors of interest.
Daniela was born in Salerno,
Italy, and brings with her over 8 years of experience in organization,
coordination and production.
Her educational background includes a Masters
in Piano and Literature addressing art history, in particular.
She is also specialized in the musical didactic
of Orff-Schulwerk. This is a special music pedagogic approach
based on gesture, word and sound. Music learning is considered
a creative experience, collective and playful, involving movement
and dance, song, chanting rhymes, rhythmic and melodic musical
instruments, dramatization and performance.
Daniela’s major research field is focus
on Synesthesia, the multi-sensory processes in neuroscience,
new approach to musical and visual composition through audio-visual
and interactive installations.
She is co-founder of the Carl Orff Musical Academy,
in Salerno, Italy. She design and coordinates interdisciplinary
courses for teachers and musicians following the principles
of Orff-Schulwerk.
