[VR]
presents many innovative features for disciplines such us architecture
and design. It is a valuable visualization tool for structures,
buildings, interior designs, habitats, ambiences, and environments.
As an illustrative tool [VR] is highly effective for communicating
design ideas and building concepts to different parties involved
in a project from early feasibility stages onwards.
[VR]
simulations show in real time how proposed buildings and design
solutions can impact a city skyline, neighborhood or urban environment,
at any time of day, from any perspective, determining the effects
of design plans immediately, before any construction actually
takes place. The simulations provide third parties with better
opportunities to visualize, review, and explore design ideas in
every stage of planning, allowing for fast track transformations
and modifications of the overall plan ensuring construction integrity.
[VR]
can also be used as a promotional tool in retail and commercial
architecture for both the architectural firms and developer clients
to more effectively communicate and visualize proposed project
ideas.
My
real-time simulations allow virtual walkthroughs and immersive
architectural fly-over interaction for structures, buildings,
interior designs, habitats, ambiences, and environments. I give
attention to realism and quality of architectural design, perspective
views and animations, variations of form, material and spatial
arrangements, making the real time simulations an effective tool
to better illustrate ideas, concepts, designs, plans and proposals.
