RESEARCH
GOALS [CAIM]
Franz
Fischnaller’s future project design works, productions and
research related to Art+ Content + Interactive Technology focus
on the following goals:
To create and produce innovative and interactive experiences,
virtual applications, digital storytelling and interactive narrative,
using digital technologies and interactive design, that addresses
[FF] personal language and artistic style
To design multileveled virtual reality pieces incorporating
the language of interactive design, aesthetic interpretation of
digital information and visual design in the virtual environment.
To implement advanced solutions in the virtual narrative,
and a more aesthetic interpretation of digital content, focusing
in original techniques of representation, perspective, rhythm,
proportion composition, balance, structure, space, light, symmetry,
harmony, and depths.
To implement new ways of enhancing virtual storytelling
and networked collaborative environments, as a cultural and social
practice, as well as an art form.
To design interactive networked pieces and collaborative-shared
environments for interactive local and networked groups and explore
beyond the traditional VR applications that are restricted to
one-man interactions.
To emphasize the conception of avatars, intelligent agents,
and self-reflective avatars, in the development of interactive
narrative, focusing on their design, character, personality and
narrative in the development of interactive narrative through
local and remote interactivity, allowing for a more artistic and
intuitive interactive narrative.
To develop virtual applications, digital reconstruction
of architectural monuments, simulation of historical pieces, archeological
works and simulation based in cultural heritage the world of antiquity,
environments and cities, which no longer exist including cultural,
historical and archaeological sites that simultaneously instruct
and entertain and serve for exploring and disseminating art human
culture, cultural heritage and knowledge.
To produce VR applications which allow visitors to enter
and explore spaces where physical access is difficult and complicated
such as the interior of a volcano or the hidden depths of the
ocean.
To design and produce a thrilling interactive journey breaking
the barrier of time and space in real time.
To create new technical and aesthetic aspects of digital
imaging and compositing, 3D modeling, 2D and 3D animation, interactive
multi-media, and computer programming.
