Interactive Installation

The first version of the Multi Mega Book Architectonic, which the author also titled “Interactive Networked Satellite of Knowledge”, is an interactive circular book with an upside-down digital pyramid in the center.

The structure contains 364 interactive Maxi Pages, measuring 3x4 mts, each presenting an infinite number of virtual paths and interactive hyper textual information. The material and the media of Mega Pages are different. They range from sand, stone, and cotton, to metal, silk, paper, digital materials, electronic devices, etc. The media and material represent an era, a generation, a revolution and or an age of human history, represented and interpreted in the MMA.

The content of the Multi Mega Book Architectonic explores themes related to man history, the evolution of art, design, media, communication systems and technology, exploring the shift from the era of the myth and intuition to the scientific technological and digital stage of today.
