ROBOTS AVATARS DREAMING WITH VIRTUAL ILLUSIONS is an interactive installation that integrates a suggestive and enigmatic interface with virtual reality, robotics and tele-presence. The visualization displays and interface solutions have been designed and developed ad hoc.

The real ambience of the installation is represented by a physical structure in the form of an Arena. The virtual ambiences are embodied by eight different worlds or cities contained in Ying & Yang the Mother City. The main personage in this installation: Koala=robot exists in both real and virtual space. Ying and Yang are avatars that inhabit only the VR world.
