 Daniela Calisi's field of interest is digital literature and the culture of the web. She is responsible for the New Media of the Foundation Fitzcaraldo. Daniela teaches web design at European Institute of Design of Turin. She and holds a laboratory/ workshop on Interactive Narrative within the Master of Editing for Audiovisual Products at the university of Turin. Since 2006 Daniela curates the re-design of the institutional portal of the Valle d’Aosta region, for the agency Totem of Franco Carlini. Daniela was the web designer of the institutional portal of the Region Piemonte. Until 2004 she was responsible for the standardization of the production development of the indicated portal and of the internal formation. From 1999 to 2001 she worked on the project design and the editorial planning of the thematic channel Smartweb for the Italian portal portale Rai.it. She has been content provider for the sections" Design", "Techno", "Creative Republics" and "digital Avant-garde". Daniela Calisi si occupa di letteratura digitale e culture del web. Responsabile per i nuovi media della Fondazione Fitzcaraldo, e' docente di web design presso l’Istituto Europeo di Design di Torino e tiene un laboratorio sulle tematiche inerenti il racconto interattivo nell'ambito del Master in Editing di Prodotti Audiovisivi dell'università di Torino. Dal 2006 cura la riprogettazione del portale istituzionale della Regione Valle d'Aosta per l'agenzia Totem di Franco Carlini. Web designer del portale istituzionale della Regione Piemonte, fino al 2004 si è occupata della standardizzazione dei processi di produzione del portale e della relativa formazione interna. Dal 1999 al 2001 ha lavorato alla progettazione e al piano editoriale del canale tematico Smartweb per il portale Rai.it. E' stata anche content provider per le sezioni ”Design”, “Techno”, “Repubbliche Creative” e “Avanguardie digitali”. After her studies in biology, film making and dramatic art in Paris, Deborah Chiarella undertakes the mise-en-scene of her poetical work in a protean way: video art, theatre, experimental films and live installation art. In 2002, D.C. writes and directs Plastix, a theatre play in which the scenography is conceived to physically involve the spectator within the fictional space: a sort of gallery, in which actors transform themselves in statues and then in human beings again, representing the three parts of the psyche: the id, ego and super-ego. Plastix has been sponsor by the city of Paris and successfully received in several art festivals in and around Paris. In 2006, D.C. creates La Nymphe Métamorphosante at Centre Pompidou. In this work, an actress wanders among the corridors of the exhibition called Big Bang, carrying a big picture-frame that surrounds her. The Nymphe, embodies in a poetical and symbolic way contemporary art, as a prosthesis of modern art, after her having exploded the hole concept of frame. Fascinated since a decade by the potential that virtual reality offers to artistic expression, D.C. tries to explore through her work its implications in the contemporary artistic representation and in particular, she focuses on the phenomenon of immersion, which is an enormous revolution for human perception. Franco Bevione laureato in Ingegneria gestionale nel 1996, ha continuato la sua formazione specializzandosi nell'Audio Video Technology e nel multimedia. E' stato Vice Direttore della Business unit Audiovisivi di Euphon Spa e Amministratore di Euphon Web & Interactive Srl. bPrima di approdare al Parco ha collaborato con Euphon España a Barcellona ricoprendo i ruoli di Technical Development Manager e Project Manager per i grandi progetti in area Edutainment. Dal 2005 ad oggi Direttore generale di Virtual Reality & Multi Media Park Spa. Il VR&MM Park è un Parco Tecnologico dotato di tecnologie all'avanguardia per la produzione e post produzione di prodotti audiovisivi e la ricerca e la prototipazione nel multimedia con particolare riferimento alle applicazioni di realtà virtuale. Dall’ottobre 2005 all’aprile 2006 membro del consiglio di amministrazione di Lumiq S.p.a. Da giugno 2007 ad oggi anche Direttore generale di Lumiq S.p.a. Piero Luigi Carcerano si laurea in Architettura al Politecnico di Torino e subito collabora a prestigiosi ed impegnativi progetti di architettura nazionali ed internazionali. I suoi maestri: Achille Castiglioni e Andrea Bruno. Matura, per un decennio, un’importante esperienza in FIAT nell’ambito dello sviluppo dei processi creativi e di ingegneria per l’automobile, assistiti dall’elaboratore elettronico. La sua formazione umanistica ed il suo sapere scientifico gli hanno consentito di elaborare da una parte metodologie operative per lo sviluppo del progetto in linea con l’evoluzione delle più sofisticate tecnologie digitali e dall’altra di generare nuove linee di tendenza del design. La musica ha accompagnato e stimolato la sua creatività e la sua crescita umana. Ha studiato pianoforte e considera la musica un ordine matematico e armonico della natura, che esprime attraverso le leggi del suono e della composizione un’evidenza razionale di tipo cartesiano, che gli appartiene molto. Vittorio Muò Professor, musician, producer. Born as a "classic "musician, Muo explored with success the world of the “classical cult” music (prof: d' symphonic and lyric orchestra, concertist, artistic director and organizer of concerts and concerts Seasons). He dedicate part of his career to musical organization, obtaining gratifying success like the “ Gran Prix du Disque “of Paris and the publication of CD with international artists. He commitment to professional music education, he teaches at the Conservatorio of Turin. Always to the search for new stimules, Muò has dedicated to Music technology in higher musical education. He designed the first course for sound engineers for the School of High Musical Improvement [at School of High Musical Specialization) been founded and directed by him. As an artist, author and educator Muò actively engaged in research and production. As an educator he is interested to share the knowledge and experience acquired during my many years as artist and researcher in the musical field and in the field of the technology and electronic applied to the music. Muò is actively working in music experimentation. He has elaborated a personal musical language that carried him to the international limelight. His music are musical themed score of television transmissions of success and timely adapted, requested and introduced in top international Compilation of music World,. Nato artisticamente come musicista “ classico “ dopo aver esplorato con successo il mondo della musica “ colta “ (prof: d’orchestra sinfonica e lirica, concertista, direttore artistico e organizzatore di concerti e Stagioni concertistiche), si è dedicato all’insegnamento (cattedra al Conservatorio di Torino) e alla organizzazione musicale, ottenendo lusinghieri successi come il “ Gran Prix du Disque “ di Parigi e la pubblicazione di importanti CD con artisti internazionali. Sempre alla ricerca di nuovi stimoli, si è in seguito dedicato alla ricerca e all’applicazione delle nuove tecnologie del suono creando il primo corso per ingegneri del suono presso la Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale da lui fondata e diretta, per poi riprendere, pur mantenendo la cattedra al Conservatorio,l’attività concertistica e di compositore ai massimi livelli; questa volta però, unendo le esperienze e la formazione classica alle conoscenze tecnologiche ed elettroniche, ha elaborato un linguaggio musicale che lo ha portato alla ribalta internazionale, infatti le sue musiche sono la colonna sonora di alcune trasmissioni televisive di successo e opportunamente adattate, sono richieste e inserite nelle migliori Compilation internazionali di musica World, Chill out e lounge. Marcello Pecchioli, Spoleto (PG) (1954) graduated in Philosophy of the Science at the University of Bologna, he is critical multimedia and film, video maker, artist. At present it is teaching Theory and Aesthetics of the Middle Novelties at the University of Padua (Sciences of the Show) and he is teaching Aesthetics to the Department of Architecture of Ferrara and Fiction Interior Design at NABA in Milan. He collaborates also with the University of Bologna, Chair of history of Modern and Contemporary Art (DAMS) and with the faculty of Sciences of information (Information technology) he structured some seminars on flaw-tv and middle new and with that is getting ready some seminars interdisciplinary on the subject of hypertext aesthetics in the sciences of antiquity. From 2006, it thought out and it coordinates, with the Department of Architecture of the University of Ferrara, a seminar on the science fiction, in collaboration with Giorgio Cells, Brown Riccò and Leo Rises. He collaborated and teaching also with EIDOS in Milan and with the AIAM (International Academy Art and Media) in Turin and with The Center Photography at the Giudecca in Venice. He exhibited in Italy, France, America, Japan, Portugal, Germany. He collaborates with the UIL-UNITED of Rome as critic, consultant, and journalist. He lives and works in Bologna. |

Franco Torriani obtained a degree in Economics at Turin University, after studying mainly in the Netherlands the relations between some aspects of the fiscal system and the social context. He is a freelance consultant in human resources and in communication strategies, a cultural organizer and a contributor to several journals and reviews. He has been co-author of works which have been presented and performed also in events such as the Festival of Avignon and Biennale di Venezia. One of his main practical interests in research are the relations among sciences, technologies, new and by chance old media. He is a member of ArsLab, Turin, and he was the chairman of the Pépinières Européennes pour Jeunes Artistes, Marly-le-Roi (France) from 1998 al 2007; actually he is in the Boards of Member. Franco Torriani (Torino 1942), laureato in Economia all'Università di Torino, ha studiato specie nei Paesi Bassi, le relazioni tra fenomeni economici e contesto sociale. Consulente indipendente in risorse umane e strategie di comunicazione è anche organizzatore culturale e ha collaborato a varie pubblicazioni in Europa. E' stato coautore di eventi e di opere presentate a varie manifestazioni, dalla Biennale di Venezia, alla Biennale della Fotografia di Torino, al Festival di Avignone. Dalla metà degli anni '70 lavora ai rapporti fra scienze, tecnologie, vecchi e nuovi media artistici e creativi. E’ stato membro del consiglio direttivo di ArsTechnica, Parigi, è cofondatore di Arslab, Torino. Dal 1998 al 2007 è stato presidente di les Pépinières Européennes pour Jeunes Artistes , Marly le Roi, Francia; attualmente è membro del comitato esecutivo consiglio amministrazione. He was communications manager of Interaction Design Institute Ivrea (Ivrea, Italy), European communications coordinator for the World Wide Fund for Nature (or WWF, Copenhagen, Denmark), marketing director of Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects (New York, USA) and chief press officer of Antwerp 93, Cultural Capital of Europe (Antwerp, Belgium). He is the author of Experientia’s successful experience design blog Putting People First, set up a professional blog on e-democracy, writes for Core77, the well-known USA-based online design magazine, and is in charge of international content on the website of Turin 2008 World Design Capital. Since recently he is also acting as communications director for UXnet, the global user experience network. Born in Turin, Italy, in 1966, Monica Nucera Mantelli – art curator, journalist and communication manager - has lived for many years in Great Britain and New Zealand, becoming bilingual. Since her editorial experience in 1991 with “Itinerari in Piemonte” she has worked on territorial excellences within art and design, tourism, food&wine, music, video, theatre, art in blown glass, spiritual research, dance and literature developing a specific multitask approach to coherent project concept and networking for cultural, tourist and entrepreneurial purposes. She has an holistic approach to project management and is frequently called for training and consultancy on communication strategies and cultural marketing for companies and associations. She writes regularly critical essays for artists and exhibitions and is careful observer of multidisciplinary phenomena, particularly towards social responsibility and Man’s evolution and lifestyle. She has created events for cultural centres such as Teatro Tenda PonteMosca, Fondazione Italiana per la Fotografia, Maison Musique and most recently Cortile del Maglio in Turin with her artistic direction of “Kult – Culture” festival and “Designation”. Monica Nucera Mantelli, classe 1966, torinese ma cresciuta in Inghilterra e Nuova Zelanda, Monica Nucera Mantelli è curatrice di mostre e progetti, giornalista e comunicatrice. Si muove multidisciplinarmente dal 1991, grazie all’importante esperienza editoriale con “Itinerari in Piemonte”, tra design e arte contemporanea, turismo ed enogastronomia, musica e video, teatro, danza e letteratura, minoranze etniche e spiritualità raccordando contenuti artistici a concetti di responsabilità sociale e legati allo sviluppo evolutivo dell’uomo. E’ docente formatore e consulente per aziende ed enti su strategie di comunicazione ed eventi speciali. Si occupa di progettazione e marketing culturale legato alla valorizzazione delle risorse territoriali e di prodotto. Segue da molti anni progettualità legate al design e arte in vetro soffiato nonché di sviluppo delle eccellenze italiane all’estero. Dopo alcuni anni di progettazione culturale con realtà significative come Teatro Tenda PonteMosca -Fondazione Italiana per la Fotografia e la Maison Musique di Rivoli, è diventata direttore artistico della rassegna multidisciplinare “Kult-Culture” presso il Cortile del Maglio a Torino. Ha fondato LCMM e il gruppo di teatro-danza Libera Compagnia Musicale Migrante, nonché curato oltre duecento eventi e più di cinquanta mostre in Italia e all’estero.
